NU2U Stainless Steel Partial Baffle Door for Dome* Pizza Ovens

This pure heavy gauge stainless steel baffle door has been exclusively designed for small gas ovens. Intentionally lower than the oven opening, this baffle door is intended to not interfere with the factory exhaust system of the oven. Supplied with Stainless steel hardware for tool-free assembly, this baffle door will help enhance the retention of oven heat and reduce the fuel needed to bring the oven stone to operating temperature. Ideal for use with the NU2U Heat Radiating insert, to retain oven heat while gas is off.

Please note that this item has been designed to provide adequate ventilation to be used with gas on, but regardless, there is still no approval and/or recommendation from the Oven manufacturer for the use of our heat baffle door. Use is always at your own risk. This partial baffle door will fit Dome pizza ovens only and is made in Canada by NU2U Products, the authority in oven accessories.

The reduced door height will not obstruct oven gas emissions from the main oven exhaust. Supplied with a Black Silicon Sleeve and a Blue Cool Grip II Silicone sleeve, the Heat Rated Cool Handle measures 12 inches in length.

The partial baffle door is made from heavy-duty Stainless Steel, 304 Food Grade, and includes all hardware for the handle and black silicone grip. This door will maintain heat at the stone level and increase the heat-up time of the cooking surface, helping Domed Ovens to keep the temperature up and reduce the amount of heat loss from the oven.

Additionally, this baffle door is also ideal for helping to block wind from blowing out the gas flame. Users are advised to use this product at their own risk, as there is no approval or recommendation from the oven manufacturer for its use.
